New London Electric is a family run business which has been serving local residences and businesses in Southern Chester County Pennsylvania and Northern Delaware since 1992.
The company is run by Tom O'Neill, a Master Electrician with over thirty years of experience. Working with Tom is his son TJ who is currently serving an electrical apprenticeship program. Tom's wife Josie completes the team, managing the company's office with high quality and professional service.
Tom sums up his philosophy saying, "Customer satisfaction is key, if our work wasn't up to standard then we wouldn't be getting 70% of our business from repeat customers. We guarantee our work and customer satisfaction. We are prompt and reliable and we return phone calls the same day. We treat our work site like our home and always leave it clean and tidy. We have received many testimonials from our satisfied customers."
